Welcome to MM Base.

2. Service Description

MM Base is an admin project that allows you to create, manage, and publish static web content by integrating the Mark up manager tool with the Supabase Backend-as-a-Service platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Service.

4. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrator account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

5. Use of Service

• You may use MM Base only for lawful purposes.
• You are prohibited from uploading or distributing any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or publish via MM Base.

6. Data Storage

• All content and assets are stored in your Supabase project, and usage is subject to Supabase's pricing and policies.
• MM Base does not provide its own storage; data handling is dependent on Supabase.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you create.
• MM Base reserves the right to display or use anonymized usage data for service improvement.

8. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
